Whiting's Hebert Miner Hackle Capes are some of the finest fly tying feathers on the planet. A less-expensive alternative to the Whiting capes with the only difference being slightly less dense hackle barbs, the Hebert Miner capes are arguably the best "natural" colored hackles anywhere.
