Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Shoes: The shoes must not show any signs of wear. The original shoebox must also be included in the return.
Exclusions: Some items, such as sale items, or items purchased with a discount, may be non-returnable unless they are defective.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you an RA number and return instructions.
Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and the shoebox (for footwear).
Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping fees.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item(s) and returning the original item for a refund. This helps ensure that the replacement item is available immediately.
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and offer you a full refund or an exchange, depending on your preference.
